• Customer Support Interactions: Messages, timestamps, and customer queries transmitted through our in-app real-time live support system.
• VIP Loyalty & Gamification Records: User reward coin balances, Spin & Win Lucky Wheel engagement history, and applied promotional vouchers.
• Device Information & Push Tokens: Unique device identifiers, operating system version, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device tokens utilized solely for order status delivery alerts and flash promotion announcements.

By downloading, registering, or placing an order through the MR ITEMS application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

• Account Authenticity: Users must provide accurate, current delivery information. Impersonation or fraudulent order creation is strictly prohibited.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Obligation: If Cash on Delivery is selected, the customer agrees to be available at the stated delivery address and provide the due invoice payment to the courier officer.
• Bug & Glitch Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, price glitches, or reverse-engineering application APIs to obtain unauthorized discounts or coins is strictly forbidden. Any unearned balances will be revoked immediately without compensation.
• Pricing & Availability: All promotions, including Rs. 2 Deals, Flash Sales, and 3-in-1 combo bundles, are subject to dynamic stock limits and merchant availability.

🔄 Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At MR ITEMS, customer happiness is guaranteed with our clear domestic return terms:

• 7-Day Claim Period: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect in model/size, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery receipt.
• How to Claim: Contact our support team via the in-app Live Support or email, providing your Order ID and a clear photograph/video of the issue.
• Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange an exchange replacement free of charge or issue a full refund back to your original payment account or bank transfer within 3 to 5 business days.
